Restaurant kitchens are brutal. Between the ovens, the prep work, and the pace of service, the heat builds fast. A crew that's overheated is a crew that's slowing down - and in a kitchen, that's not an option. Trail Rider Pizza knew they needed a solution, and they already had the equipment to do it.

They sourced their own Albott mini split and called us to get it done right. That's something we're happy to help with. Having the unit is half the battle - but the installation is where it either works well or causes headaches down the road. We made sure it was done clean and done correctly.

The indoor air handler went up on the wall in a spot that makes sense for the space - positioned to push cool air where the crew actually works. The refrigerant lines and wiring were run neatly, and the outdoor condenser unit was set on a pad outside, tucked in cleanly next to the building's existing equipment. Everything is secured, level, and ready to run hard.

Mini splits are a great fit for commercial kitchens because they give you direct, zoned cooling right where you need it - without relying on a building's central system to somehow keep up with the heat load. For a space like this, it's a practical and efficient fix. The Energy Star-rated condenser on this unit means it won't run up the electric bill while doing its job.

Not every customer walks in needing us to supply the equipment. Sometimes you've already done your homework and just need someone who knows what they're doing on the install side. That's exactly what we're here for.
